"Electrical and electronic products restrict the use of hazardous substances management approach" officially announced


     January 21, 2016, Industry and Information Ministry website released on January 6 officially announced the "electrical and electronic products Restriction of Hazardous Substances management approach" (32 orders, hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), the "measures" for businesses to stay out of certain transition period, it will be implemented with effect from July 1, 2016. February 28, 2006 announced the "Electronic Information Products Pollution Control Regulations" shall be repealed simultaneously. In the meantime, the Ministry of Industry and Information Bureau will pay close attention to the relevant departments related to the implementation of the preparatory work, through the interpretation of the material, a list of questions and answers and other ways to respond to further question the enterprise concerned, to facilitate enterprises to better understand and implement the "measures" the relevant system .
